Right of Withdrawal: The right of the consumer to terminate the agreement within the cooling-off period.

Cooling-off Period: The timeframe during which a consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in a professional capacity and who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

Distance Agreement: An agreement where products or services are sold exclusively via remote communication.

1. These Terms apply to all offers, agreements, and transactions conducted through KHStudio.nl.
2. Before an agreement is finalized, the consumer will be provided access to these Terms.
3. If the agreement is entered electronically, the Terms will be made available in a way that allows for easy download and storage.

1. Offers are non-binding and may be subject to change.
2. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur.

1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the accompanying conditions.
2. Upon electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order, such as custom-printed art pieces.

Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if:

1. They are clearly personalized or cannot be returned due to their nature.
2. They are custom-made based on consumer specifications.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately.

1. Products are shipped within 5-7 working days.
2. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.

• The entrepreneur ensures that products conform to the agreement and are free from defects.
• Any defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

Payments must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe, and the consumer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details.

1. Complaints must be submitted via email to info@khstudio.nl and will be addressed within 14 days.
2. If unresolved, complaints can be submitted to the European ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

1. Dutch law exclusively governs all agreements.
2. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.

Any additional provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be documented clearly.
