01. Definitions

Key terms referenced in these Terms include:
Right of Withdrawal: The right of the consumer to terminate the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Cooling-off Period: The timeframe during which a consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in a professional capacity and who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
Distance Agreement: An agreement where products or services are sold exclusively via remote communication.

03. Applicability

- These Terms apply to all offers, agreements, and transactions conducted through KHStudio.nl.
- Before an agreement is finalized, the consumer will be provided access to these Terms.
- If the agreement is entered electronically, the Terms will be made available in a way that allows for easy download and storage.
04. The Offer

- Offers are non-binding and may be subject to change.
- All product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur.
05. The Agreement

- The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the accompanying conditions.
- Upon electronic acceptance, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the order.
06. Cooling-Off Period

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order, such as custom-printed art pieces.
07. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if:
- They are clearly personalized or cannot be returned due to their nature.
- They are custom-made based on consumer specifications.
08. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately.
09. Delivery and Execution
+
- Products are shipped within 5-7 working days.
- Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
10. Warranty and Complaints
+
- The entrepreneur ensures that products conform to the agreement and are free from defects.
- Any defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
11. Payment
+
Payments must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe, and the consumer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details.
12. Complaints Procedure
+
- Complaints must be submitted via email to info@khstudio.nl and will be addressed within 14 days.
- If unresolved, complaints can be submitted to the European ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
13. Disputes

- Dutch law exclusively governs all agreements.
- The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
14. Additional Provisions
+
Any additional provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be documented clearly.
