All products in our webshop are custom-made to your specifications. As such, returns and refunds are not possible unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us at info@khstudio.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply. Once payment is successfully completed, your order is final.
